  Finance ministers and central bank governors from the Group of 20 (G20) major economies agreed on October 23 to shift more than 6 percent of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) quotas to emerging or underrepresented countries. According to the agreement, signed in Gyeongju in the Republic of Korea, China"s new quota in the IMF will be the third high-est in the world.
