　　At 23：37 on August 12， 2015， China Ruihai Company’s dangerous goods warehouse in Binhai district， Tianjin had a blast. The clock at the final station of line 9 light rail which is about 500 meters away from the blast， stopped at the moment of the explosion. This blast sounded the alarm of strengthening the administration of hazardous chemicals once again.
