大学生熬夜猝死千万要警惕

案例简介

案例1:2012年12月27日凌晨,广州工业大学陈姓大三男生在大学城校区宿舍意外离世。事发前,小陈的身体状况并未出现异常,医生与法医鉴定其为猝死。其室友介绍,21岁的小陈是广工电信专业学生。与多数大学生一样,小陈爱玩网络游戏,有时也会为复习功课熬夜,但不是很爱运动。一般情况下,他会在凌晨一两点钟睡觉。

案例2:2013年12月30日下午1时54分,华南师范大学罗姓男生在宿舍上网玩游戏的时候,突然晕倒并抽搐,嘴唇发黑后经进行抢救无效死亡。经法医鉴定,该生属于猝死。同宿舍的同学说,该生近期比较晚睡,上月28日、29日玩游戏到凌晨3时才睡,30日凌晨1时该生上了床,但到凌晨3时左右仍在用手机看小说。

一、熬夜的害处

以上案例中,两起大学生猝死的原因都是熬夜。从健康的角度讲,熬夜的害处多多: 不规律的睡眠及压力,会影响内分泌代谢不完全,造成皮肤水分流失,容易导致皱纹出现、皮肤暗淡、长暗疮、黑眼圈加重等;

经常熬夜最容易疲劳、精神不振,人体的免疫力也会跟着下降,感冒、胃肠感染、过敏等等都会找上你;如果长期熬夜,更会慢慢地出现失眠、健忘、易怒、焦虑不安等神经、精神症状; 过度熬夜会使身体的神经系统功能紊乱,引起体内主要的器官和系统失衡,比如发生心律不齐、内分泌失调等等,严重的就会导致全身的应激状态、感染疾病的几率相应提高。

英国和意大利研究院在接受媒体采访时曾警告,晚上睡眠时间少于6小时的人,早死的几率比平常人多出12%。长期缺睡眠者早死几率高,熬夜是导致猝死的最重要原因之一。

二、冬季健康提醒

1.不要熬夜。熬夜是猝死的元凶,冬天寒冷,更不适合熬夜。长期熬夜,就算身体好无疾病的大学生仍可能发生猝死。熬夜时,如果感到胸闷、头痛,千万不可再继续下去。

2.保证休息。不管学习、工作任务有多紧迫,都要保证充足的休息时间,如果感觉疲劳,同时还伴有头痛、胸闷等症状的,就要及时休息,这很可能是猝死的前兆。

3.坚持运动。生命在于运动,坚持运动不仅能够帮助人体强健身体,提高免疫力,还能够改善睡眠质量,帮助减轻精神压力及缓和烦躁的情绪,促进大学生身心健康的全面发展。

4.及时体检。在生活中,当身体出现各种异常征兆时,千万不可麻痹大意,所有微小的病变都有可能是大病的前兆,一定要及时就医检查。有条件的要坚持体检,及时发现身体疾病情况,及时予以治疗。

英国科学癌症研究中心研究了世界各地1000余名30—50岁的癌症患者,发现其中99.3%的人常年熬夜, 凌晨之后才会休息。中国抗癌协会执行委员、山东省肿瘤防治研究院主任医师左文述告诉记者,长期熬夜会影响神经中枢,干扰内分泌,影响免疫机制,让人更易患上癌症。熬夜最好不要超过12点。如果加班到凌晨,最好找一间窗帘有遮光布的房间睡觉,漆黑的环境有助于体内褪黑素的生成。
