Visitors flocked to the World Exposite in Shanghai when the grandfair officially opened to the publicon May 1. The most visited pavil-ions on that day were the theme pavilions,the China Pavilion and China"s joint pro-vincial pavilions, said Hong Hao, Directorof the Bureau of Shanghai World ExpoCoordination at a press conference on theExpo"s first day of operation.
