Glorious Food,Glorious,Food

I love eating, and I especially love eat-ing in China. From the very first day I arrived here, my meal times have been an unpredictable, eclectic and fascinating experience. The unpredictability stems large-ly from the fact that I cannot seem to acquire any skill with chopsticks, but I refuse to give in and ask for a fork or spoon so I usually end up with a large portion of my meal on the table. This would be slightly embarrass-ing if I were at home, but thankfully the Chinese uphold a much more blase attitude toward dining than we do in the UK-it"s all about the food, and if you happen to spill a bit it"s because you"re getting stuck in.
