Taking the festive season to heaxt,China engaged in economic gift giving to the ttme of trade contracts worth more than $20 billion with Pakistan by a delegation of representatives from Chinese enterprises during their visit to the country with Premier Wen Jiabao in mid-December. The deals were China"s final major contribution to world economic growth in 2010 and complement the major deals China inked with India, the United Kingdom, Germany and France earlier this year.
