脑血管血液动力学检测异常积分值与血脂异常、高血压关系研究
【摘要】 目的:体检普筛脑卒中高危人群,研究血脂异常、高血压患者的脑血管血液动力学变化特征和血脂异常、高血压分别与脑血管血液动力学检测(CVHD)异常值之间关系,了解本地区脑卒中高危人群的风险因素。方法:对2015年7月-2017年6月间东莞市区及其镇区来本院体检的45~79岁共
3 931例做CVHD,同时入选人群均进行测血压、体质指数、血脂四项等项目检查。观察血脂异常、高血压人群的脑血管血液动力学参数(CVHI)变化,比较CVHD正常(积分值>75分)人群和CVHD异常病例(积分值≤75分)的血脂异常、高血压检出率(暴露率)。結果:CVHD评估积分值正常组有3 748例,占95.3%;CVHD评估积分值异常组有183例,占4.7%。其中CVHD评估积分值正常组的高血压、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)异常检出率(暴露率)分别是19.8%,18.1%;CVHD评估积分值异常组的高血压、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇异常检出率(暴露率)分别是71.0%,73.2%。两组间高血压、LDL-C异常暴露率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:本研究证实,该体检人群中CVHD积分值异常病例的高血压、LDL-C异常风险因素暴露率明显高于CVHD积分值正常组,说明CVHD异常积分值与高血压、血脂异常等风险因素明显相关,运用CVHD有利于评估早期脑卒中的高风险体检人群,促进其早期积极预防和干预。

Relationship between Abnormal Integral Value of Cerebrovascular Hemodynamic Detection with Dyslipidemia and Hypertension/WANG Jihua,XING Li,SONG Fangwen,et al.//Medical Innovation of China,2018,15(07):024-027
【Abstract】 Objective:To study the characteristics of cerebral vascular hemodynamics in patients with dyslipidemia and hypertension, to study the relationship between dyslipidemia,hypertension and cerebral vascular hemodynamic detection (CVHD) by medical screening,to understand the risk factors of people at high risk of stroke in the region of the group.Method:A total of 3 931 cases of 45-79 years old who received physical examination in Dongguan urban area and their townships from July 2015 to June 2017 were selected for CVHD.Meanwhile,all the candidates were tested for blood pressure,body mass index and blood lipid four items.Changes in hemodynamic parameters (CVHI) of cerebral blood vessels in people with hyperlipidemia and hypertension were observed.The detection rate of dyslipidemia and hypertension (exposure) of normal CVHD (score>75 points) and CVHD abnormal cases (abnormal crowd integral value≤75 points) were compared.Result:CVHD had evaluated the normal group with 3 748 cases,accounting for 95.3%.CVHD had evaluated the abnormal components in 183 cases, accounting for 4.7%.Among them, hypertension , low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) abnormal detection rate (exposure rate) were 19.8% and 18.1% respectively in the normal group;the abnormal detection rate (exposure rate) of hypertension and low density lipoprotein cholesterol were 71.0% and 73.2% in the abnormal group. There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in hypertension and LDL-C exposure(P<0.01).Conclusion:This study confirms that the CVHD abnormal cases have high risk factors of hypertension and dyslipidemia ,their hypertension and LDL-C abnormal exposure rate are significantly higher than the CVHD normal group, indicating that CVHD abnormal integral value is significantly associated with hypertension, dyslipidemia and other risk factors.The use of CVHD is helpful for assessing the early detection of high risk patients of stroke and assisting the early prevention and intervention.
